Summer Camp
CDA Summer Dive Camp at HFFA
SUMMER 2025
The Carolina Diving Academy Diving Camp is a diving-oriented day camp. The focus of activities includes: coordination, fitness, flexibility and basic tumbling to cultivate a skill set conducive to diving. It is appropriate as an introduction to the sport or a high school student interested trying for the team in the fall.
The class is divided into two sections. The first is approximately 60-75 minutes of training on mats, trampoline, dry-mounted spring board and “crash” mat including our belt systems. The second 60-75 minutes is in the water becoming comfortable with height and familiar with jumping positions. The morning and afternoon sessions end with 30 minutes of free-time on the splash pad.
Those interested in more advanced training options should contact Head Coach Aaron Hintz for information.
We offer dive camps all summer long. Camp sessions run in the morning from 9:00am-11:30am and in the afternoon from 12:30pm-3:00pm. Full-day campers can stay for a lunch and recreation hour between 11:30am-12:30pm. The available weeks for summer 2025 are listed below.
