14&Older Lessons
Divers in this group will train for 30 minutes on the dryland equipment and 30 minutes in the water. This group prepares divers to compete for their high schools and gives them a chance to acquire 3m and platform skills necessary for advancement to team-track lessons. Divers hoping to compete for their high school will spend their one meter training time learning a voluntary and an optional dive in each category; front, back, reverse, inward, and twist.
14&Older Lessons will return February 24 for the Spring 1 session.
